Testimony and Ethics

Develop a code of professional conduct for computer forensics investigators as a bulleted list of ethical behaviors and considerations a computer forensics investigator should follow on a day-to-day basis. Develop a code with 5-10 bulleted points: considerations when giving testimony as an expert witness, your own internal code of ethics, the code of professional conduct of the professionals. Include a brief explanation of why each point is valuable and should be included.
