you will have to do scenario A & B as you will find and example in the second page , please do something similar to the example. use my draft to write on it and dont change the part which is (to,from,date,subject and cc) keep it as it is, by reading the scenario A&B u will have to write in the same way of the example keep each scenario in one page only ,dont make them long . You also may source any information you need to get from google which will support the idea you added.
