DESCRIBE your current views, feelings, and opinions about diversity and how it is changing your world and your work place. Be frank and honest. There are No penalties for “unpopular” opinions. This is a graded assignment, but the points will be awarded for participation, not the content. The only requirement is that you be honest and keep the language appropriate for group sharing.
