– ORGANIZED IN A WAY THAT CLEARLY SHOWS THE FOUR SECTIONS ABOVE , INCLUDE CITATIONS!!
– Must have atleast 5 references of which one is a source other than a website (medical journal or etc) Sources must be cited in MLA or APA format.
