b) Introduction, Include the purpose, hypothesis, problem or goal, an explanation of what prompted research and did your research achieve.

c) Material and Methods, Describe in detail the methodology used to collect data, make observations, design apparatus, etc. Enough detail so that someone would be able to repeat experiment.

d) Results, include data and analysis. Include statistics, graphs, pages with raw collected data.

e) Discussion, Compare results with theoretical values, published data, commonly held beliefs, and/or expected results. Include a discussion of possible errors. How did data vary between repeated observations of similar events.

f) Conclusion, briefly summarize results. State findings in relationships of one variable with the other. Support statements with empirical data. Be specific not generalize.

g) References/Bibliography, reference list should include any documentation that is not your own.
