Project summary
As more human resource professionals are invited to participate at the executive level, project management skills and processes become critical tools in meeting the organization’s strategic talent and management objectives. The following project will attempt to elaborate on the recruitment, hiring and onboarding of new employees. The track performance software I will be using is People Fluent. People Fluent Recruiting is proven recruiting software that gives you the power to increase the speed and quality of your hiring process while elevating your candidate, recruiter, hiring the manager, and new hire experiences.
Project goals
First and foremost, the tracking system will provide Candidate Engagement & Acquisition, Flexible Sourcing, Applicant Tracking, Embedded Video, and Workflow Collaboration for Hiring Managers, Analyst-Recognized New Hire Onboarding, OFCCP and EEO Compliance, and Reporting and Career Site Analytics. The Human Resources department will be able to use this software to enhance our talent acquisitions effort, target best talent, Create Engaging Candidate Experiences, Greet New Employees with Social Onboarding, Navigate Compliance & Diversity Complexity. The tracking systems will also Integrate Talent Acquisition Data. Connecting your data and systems features of the monitoring system will be most helpful to Management, who are endowed with the task of selecting new hires that will win a particular match. Thirdly, the monitoring system will be essential in compliance and diversity to make sure we are following EEOC guidelines. With the simple press of a button, the monitoring system will pull all data from all tasks.
Project stakeholders
As the project’s primary customer, the project sponsor will be the sole financier and beneficiary of the project if the venture becomes successful. The project manager will be entrusted with the task of planning and executing strategies that will conform to the wishes of the project shareholders. The project manager will also ensure that this project remains confidential as leaking the project technological innovation may attract other players to try out the same idea. The project manager will also collaborate with a team of skilled workers as well as project advisor.
Project deliverables
• Develop a tracking structure using PeopleFluent tools. The system will track potential hires, from filling out the application through onboarding and training.
• The development phase will center on creating one or more models of tracking. A single model will track potential employees all at once, since the People Fluent has the capability to apply identical.
• Effective assessment will be derived from the resulting hiring and performance level of the potential hire. Measures will encompass applicants missed, system losing track of an applicant, multiple tracking of an applicant by the system.
